Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Sales Seraph. If you are not satisfied after your first coaching session, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase. Simply contact us within 14 days of your first session and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@salesseraph.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account
- The date of your purchase
- The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
3. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Top-Up Pack Refunds
If you have purchased a top-up pack and have not used any of the hours, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unused top-up packs purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a refund.
5. Partial Usage Refunds
If you have used some but not all of the hours in a top-up pack, you may be eligible for a partial refund on the unused portion. Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused hours remaining at the time of the request, pro-rated against the original purchase price. Partial refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Top-up packs where all hours have been fully consumed
