How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for the Sales Account you start a 7-day free trial that includes up to 1 hour of real-time AI coaching. You can use the full platform during the trial. If you do not cancel before day 7, your card will be charged $97 and your subscription will renew at $97 each month after that. You can cancel at any time from inside your account.
When will I be charged?
You will not be charged anything during the 7-day free trial. On day 7, if you have not cancelled, you will be charged $97 and your monthly subscription will begin. We send reminder emails on day 5 and day 6 of the trial so you have plenty of notice before any charge.
What happens if I use my 1 hour of trial coaching before day 7?
Real-time AI coaching pauses once you reach the 1-hour trial limit, but you can still use the rest of the platform. You can either wait for the trial to end and start your monthly subscription, or upgrade early to unlock your full monthly hours.
What is included in each plan?
The Sales Account ($97/month after a 7-day free trial) includes 10 hours of real-time AI video call coaching, plus all platform features like objection handling, sales scripts, meeting notes, and follow-up emails. The Team Manager Account ($497/month) includes 50 hours of coaching plus team management, performance tracking, and manager-level reporting. The Team Manager Account does not include a free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel during your free trial to avoid any charges, or cancel any monthly subscription from inside your account. After cancelling you keep access until the end of your current period and you will not be billed again.
What happens when my monthly hours run out?
Your coaching hours refresh each month with your subscription. If you use all your hours before the month ends, you can upgrade your plan or wait for your next billing cycle to receive fresh hours.
Can I upgrade from Sales Account to Team Manager Account?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Your existing call history and settings will carry over to the upgraded account.
