Human Oversight
All AI-generated content published on our website is reviewed and edited by a human before publication. We do not publish raw AI output without review. The editorial team is responsible for ensuring accuracy, tone, and alignment with our Publishing Principles.
Accuracy and Quality
We recognise that AI tools can produce inaccurate or misleading information. Our review process is designed to catch and correct such errors before publication. For AI coaching feedback, we continuously refine our models to improve accuracy. If an error does make it through, our Corrections Policy applies.

When using AI tools, we handle all user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Call recordings and transcripts are processed securely and are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service (such as transcription via AssemblyAI).
